point taken, but what in the name of all that is good, does this mean?

as an aside, this is the same truck, this time with a matatu launching itself towards oblivion. This is a steep incline, and there was at the time of the photo, a large truck squarely (and speedily) making progress in the opposite direction. Everyone survived, so it was ok.

And discovered that Sealand recently celebrated its 40th aniversary.
